Trump Boomerang Hits Another Liberal Actor
The Trump Derangement Syndrome Boomerang has hit another liberal celebrity. Time and time again we see that those who go after Trump accusing him of something are actually exposed as hypocrites themselves. They sling unwarranted criticism towards Trump with no factual basis and what usually ends up happening is that they are really projecting themselves on Trump. Whether it is someone like Robert Di Nero who called Trump a sexist and womanizer but in extremely profane words then he is later shown to have berated his female assistant and sexually harassed her. We then see someone like Alec Baldwin who called Trump the same terms but then is exposed for calling his own daughter a thoughtless pig. Or how about Kathy Griffin who also went out after Trump but then was exposed for her hypocrisy as well which ended her career. Then there is Hillary Clinton and all her celeb friends who claimed Trump was a Russian operative but then we find out that Hillary and the DNC paid for the Russian Dossier and had political ties to the author of that document. The list goes on and on.
The latest victim is Ellen DeGenerate aka Ellen DeGeneres who has had her career explode in her face. She too was a critic of Trump calling him a homophobe and a womanizer. She swore that he would never appear on her show. Funny because she loved Trump before he announced running for president but quickly went after him once he won. Not only that, she was a outspoken vocal supporter of the #MeToo movement.
Her hypocrisy began to come to light when she sat next to George W Bush at a Cowboys football game last fall. Bush, who many view as having a poor record as a president when it came to the gay community was seen on camera chumming it up with Ellen as she smiled and laughed at everything he said. She received so much push back that she even made a statement on her show right after the fallout. She addressed to the audience urging them to “be kind” to those who might have different views. She had another hypocritical moment after she publicly issued support for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after flying private jets around the world. Harry and Meghan are known for telling others to reduce their carbon footprint and consider the impact of climate change. However, they they were caught several times flying private jets to non-essential trips such as to visit Elton John for a weekend. Yet Ellen defending those hypocrites make her a hypocrite herself as she too has pushed the narrative of reducing carbon to help with climate change on her show many times.
Ellen has also made several statements that she refused to have “dangerous” Trump on her show. She said she thought he posed a threat to the country and to her personally. During an interview with Megan Kelly who also was hit by the Trump Derangement Boomerang (fired after defending the use of black face), Ellen elaborated. “And for me to have someone on the show … I have to at least admire them in some way,” she added. “And I can’t have someone that I feel is not only dangerous for the country and for me personally as a gay woman, but to the world. He is dividing all of us.”
She made an appearance on the “Today” show and was interviewed by host Matt Lauer who also is a victim of the Trump Derangement Boomerang (being fired for sexual harassment even though he said Trump was a harasser without any merit). While being interviewed, she said she wouldn’t host the president on her show because he goes against “everything” she stands for.
Fast forward to the Covid era. Earlier this spring, Ellen was caught making out of touch remarks during her lock-down in her mega mansion that it was like being “in jail”. For someone who is worth over $330 million and who pulls in over $50 million per year is hardly in the position to say its like being in jail during quarantine while others can’t pay their bills or put food on the table. She often shot daily show episodes from her private gym, her private estate and her mega mansion.
Now the hypocrite has been exposed but this time it is more severe and could possibly end her career. Employees both current and former are coming forward with allegations that working for Ellen is under a toxic environment. Apparently she does not practice what she preaches. Warner media is now even doing an internal investigation but we all know how those go when someone essentially investigates one of their own. The good news is other authorities might step in to also investigate. Some of the accusations are that Ellen made racist comments towards a black employee. Others confirmed they were told to not make eye contact with Ellen on the set or engage with her. Those who have come forward are describing a culture of fear and intimidation. Many celebs are also coming forward saying they too were treated harshly. Others are come forward with sexual harassment accusations of not only her but many of her executive producers. Even the liberal Buzzfeed site and the New York Times are investigating her toxic environment. The accusations do not seem that far fetched when she often sexualizes celebrities who appear on her show and utters awkward sexual connotations frequently. She even created segments called “Nick the Gardener” played by actor Bill Reilich where he appears often shirtless as she ogles over his body. Of course, we are not prudes here but it is understandable that if her show portrays sexuality so often in front of the camera, what is going on behind the camera. We are surprised it took this long for harassment allegations to surface. What surprised us even more though was how toxic and mean of a boss she appears to be.
In addition to actors who have appeared on her show that have taken to Twitter to tell their horror stories of mistreatment, others are coming forward as well. Comedian Kevin T. Porter offered Twitter users to tell there experiences with Ellen and her rudeness. He offered to donate $2 to the L.A. Food bank for ever story that came forward to expose Ellen as a hypocrite. In his thread he called her “notoriously one of the meanest people alive”.
One of the first responses was from TV writer Benjamin Siemon who replied to Porter’s tweet with: “She has a ‘sensitive nose’ so everyone must chew gum from a bowl outside her office before talking to her and if she thinks you smell that day you have to go home and shower.” Sounds like a Diva to us here at AmericaAgainstHollywood.com
Chris Farah tweeted: “I worked @RealFoodDaily, served her … at brunch. She wrote a letter to the owner & complained about my chipped nail polish (not that it was on her plate but just that it was on my hand). I had worked till closing the night before & this was next morn, almost got me fired.”
Author Allison Freer wrote: “Was working on a show @ WB that was next to her stage. Was our showrunner’s 50th Bday. Caterer grilling steaks outside for special fancy lunch. Ellen sent someone over to demand they stop, as she doesn’t eat meat. She’s the worst.”
Stand-up comedian Josh Levesque replied with: “Another friend of mine was a PA on her show and when Russell Brand came into the employee break area to chat with the crew and hang out, Ellen came in and got mad at him – saying he didn’t have to interact with these people, that’s why guests have their own area backstage.”
The amount of stories being told on the thread is over 1000 so far and growing. It will be interesting as more testimonials come forward. It will also be interesting to see what Warner Bros “internal investigation” reveals. It is highly unlikely they will report anything as Ellen is their cash cow. However, the other entities looking into this might have a more severe outcome. Regardless if she is canceled, her brand and her image have been tarnished.
So the Trump Derangement Syndrome Boomerang appears to have taken another liberal Hollywood hypocrite victim. When Trump realizes he is never going to appear on her show, he might just be thankful. When Ellen said she wouldn’t host the president on her show because Trump goes against “everything” she stands for, we think that’s a good thing that he does not stand for everything she does if it includes racist comments, mistreatment of staff and guests and diva demands.
